Due to the full-length welding process, the product not only maintains strict overall integrity but also forms ideal gap sizes. In comparison to the commonly used welding processes in the domestic market, fully welded wedge wire screens, filter pipes, water caps, filter nozzles, and filter plates have the advantages of smooth surface, fewer sharp edges, minimal burrs, and uniform gap distribution without impurities leakage.

The wedge wire element is an excellent filtering material in the field of water treatment and solid-liquid separation. It has been widely used in industrial water use, drinking water treatment, purification, sand separation and treatment, wastewater treatment, solid screening, sludge dewatering, and more.

The main difference between the stainless steel sintered filter element and other filter elements lies in the extensive use of high-precision welding processes. The stainless steel sintered metal mesh is seam-welded after being rounded, requiring roundness and post-welding seam leveling, making it aesthetically pleasing and preparing for the subsequent overall welding.

The smooth surface of the filter element is the filtering surface, and the gap is strip-shaped, belonging to the surface filtration form.
