Due to the adoption of full-length welding, the product not only ensures strict continuity but also forms ideal gap sizes. Compared to the welding process commonly used domestically, the fully welded wedge wire filter cylinder, filter tubes, water caps, distribution systems, resin traps, and screen plates feature smooth surfaces, fewer sharp edges, minimal burrs, and uniform gaps without impurities leakage.

Wedge wire elements are excellent filtration materials in water treatment and solid-liquid separation fields, widely used in industrial water, drinking water, purification, sand separation and treatment, sewage treatment, solid screening, sludge dewatering, and more.

The main difference between stainless steel sintered filter elements and other filter elements lies in the extensive use of high-precision welding processes. After the stainless steel sintered metal mesh is rolled into a cylindrical shape, it undergoes seam welding. The welding requires roundness, and post-welding flattening ensures the overall appearance is aesthetically pleasing, also preparing for subsequent overall welding.

The smooth surface of the filter element serves as the filtration surface, with gaps arranged in a bar shape, belonging to surface filtration.
