Johnson Screen

Johnson screen is composed of support rod and wedge wire. The support rod can be either round wire or trapezoidal wire (cuneiform wire, V-shaped wire, triangular wire). The wedge wire is triangular wire, with accurate gap size and high filtering accuracy. It is characterized by solid structure, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good mechanical performance, long service life, safety and reliability. It can be used for filtering various media. Widely used in water treatment, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, beverage, food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, solid-liquid separation, starch filtration and other industries.
High precision stainless steel screen, also called slit screen, T-shaped wire filter screen, fully wound welding wire screen or Johnson screen, are helically wound on the axial support rods by high-precision wedge wires. The support rods and wedge wires are firmly welded to each other by resistance welding. The Johnson screen can be equipped with necessary end caps, flanges, screw threads and other connectors and reinforcements.
Material selection: stainless steel 304/316L, 904L, Hastelloy, low carbon steel.

Characteristics:
1. Precision V-shaped wire winding, with self-cleaning function, is conducive to backwashing and is not easy to block.
2. The surface is smooth without edges and corners, and the roundness is excellent.
3. The gap is uniform, with high filtering accuracy, the minimum gap is controlled at 20 μm, and the error is 0.005 mm. Customized production can be carried out according to customer requirements.
4. With diversified structures and filtering directions, flexible customized production can be carried out according to customer requirements. The filtering direction can be adjusted from inside to outside or from outside to inside.
5. The skeleton structure welded by self support has high strength and bearing capacity.
6. Corrosion resistance, long service life.
