The wedge wire strainer is made from stainless steel wedge wire welded screen, also known as trapezoidal wire filter rod, V-shaped wire filter rod, Johnson screen, filter candle, wound wire filter element, filter column, diatomaceous earth filter candle, and chemical equipment filter element.

Product Features:

The surface of the wound wire filter element is smooth and free of sharp edges, reducing friction and increasing effective filtration area. The filtration direction can be customized according to customer requirements.
The gaps in the T-shaped wound wire filter element are uniform, with an error margin of 0.005mm, meeting high-precision requirements. The special V-shaped wire structure prevents clogging and allows for backwashing. For high-pressure and high-temperature environments, reinforced wound wire filter elements can be made.
