What Is Sieve Bend Screen

The Sieve Bend Screen has a grading particle size range of 100-12000μm, with metal ore grading in the range of 200-3000μm. It provides precise particle size classification even when the feed concentration is as high as 50%. Additionally, the Sieve Bend Screen is lightweight and has low maintenance costs.

At lower feed speeds, the screen's lifespan is between 1000-2000 hours. Under higher pressure, the lifespan is only 200-300 hours. Typically, changing the direction of the screen or the material flow can extend the screen's service life. Of course, the screen's lifespan is related to the material of the screen itself and the nature of the materials being processed.

The size of the screening particles depends solely on the screen gap spacing. The density of the solid, the viscosity of the liquid, and the average flow rate on the screen surface have minimal impact on the screening particle size. However, the feed concentration can affect the screening efficiency, with an optimal feed concentration range of 15%~40%. Therefore, the size of the screen gap should be determined based on the particle size requirements in the underflow.
