01. Polyurethane Composite Screen Panel

This type of panel is manufactured using a roller resistance welding machine, which generates heat through electrical resistance at the contact points and adjacent areas of the welding joints. This process melts or plastically deforms the metal, which is then compressed to form the screen mesh. The panel is then assembled, and a polyurethane frame is vulcanized onto it.

Materials:
- The screening surface is made of stainless steel.
- The frame and supporting ribs are fabricated from Q235-A carbon steel flat bars, which are welded to form a robust structure.
Advantages:
- Narrow screen bars can be used, allowing for a high open area.
- Offers sound absorption and vibration reduction.
- Resistant to oversize particles escaping and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
Disadvantages:
- Low screening efficiency and prone to clogging.
- Screen bars are susceptible to breakage and wear.
- Worn or damaged panels lose functionality, leading to increased operational costs and maintenance complexity.
- Large particles may escape after wear, and damaged panels need complete replacement.
Selection Principles:
- Suitable for linear vibrating screens and curved screens for dewatering, desliming, and medium removal in coal slurry processing.
