Filtration accuracy ranges from 100μm to 3000μm and supports customization, with a small tolerance (±5μm), making it suitable for high-viscosity and high-flow applications.

The surface is smooth, and the V-shaped wire-wound structure provides self-cleaning and clogging resistance. It allows for easy backwashing, features low pressure loss, strong pressure resistance, and a service life of up to 10 years.
High Temperature, Corrosion, and Pressure Resistance

Made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, the filter element can withstand temperatures up to 480°C and harsh corrosive environments. With high mechanical strength, it is highly adaptable to high-pressure conditions.
Flexible Compatibility
Outer diameter ranges from 25 mm to 3000 mm, and length can reach up to 6 meters. Various shapes are available, including cylindrical and basket types. It is compatible with fully automatic backwashing systems and scraper-cleaning systems.
