Structural Construction:

The wedge wire filter nozzle consists of a water cap seat, a nozzle cover, a trapezoidal screen tube with ribs, and a guide tube. At the central axis of the trapezoidal screen tube, there is an inverted flow control cup fixed to the water nozzle seat. The lower opening accommodates the upper part of the guide tube extending into the water cap seat. The flow control cup's bottom, walls, and the upper part of the guide tube's walls contain multiple pores. Additionally, a flow control valve core that can float up and down is positioned at the top of the guide tube. By setting the flow rate, the number of circular holes, aperture sizes, and gap distances in the trapezoidal screen tube, the water nozzle can meet various flow rate ratios during backwashing and filtering in different process states.
