Applications:
Coanda screens are commonly used in industries such as paper-making, slaughterhouses, leather processing, sugar refining, brewing, food processing, textiles, and petrochemicals. They are effective for removing solid substances like suspended particles, floating materials, and sediment.

They are also sometimes used for recovering fibers, dregs, or other valuable materials in industries like paper-making, alcohol production, starch manufacturing, and food processing. Additionally, they serve as a pretreatment solution for sludge or river dredging.

Operate solely using the gravity of the water flow, with no energy consumption.

Screen Slot Size:
The slot size depends on the diameter of the smallest particles to be removed or recovered. Coanda screens are not designed to handle impact loads. They should be calculated for maximum flow rates with appropriate safety factors.
Available slot sizes: 0.15 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, or customized as per customer requirements.
