The basket strainer is a small device that removes a small amount of solid particles from liquids, protecting the normal operation of compressors, pumps, instruments, and other equipment. When the fluid enters the filter barrel with a specified mesh filter, impurities are blocked, and clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet.

Main Principle: The basket strainer mainly consists of a connection pipe, body, filter basket, flange, flange cover, and fasteners. Installed in the pipeline, it can remove larger solid impurities from the fluid, ensuring the normal operation of machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments, thereby stabilizing the process and ensuring production.

For cleaning, simply remove the detachable filter barrel, process it, and reassemble it. This makes it extremely convenient to use and maintain. If installed in series at the pump inlet or other parts of the system pipeline, it can extend the life of the pump and other equipment, and ensure the operation of the entire system.
