Our wedge wire nozzles are manufactured by helically wrapping stainless steel wedge wire at uniform spacing around support rods, and they consist of components such as the screen pipe, cover plate, nut, and gasket.

The stainless steel wedge wire nozzles are available in various types, including long-handle nozzles, double-threaded nozzles, standard nozzles, single-flow nozzles, and double-flow nozzles.

They represent a new generation of water treatment components in the industry, featuring excellent aging resistance, pressure resistance, minimal wear, enhanced safety and reliability, and overall low operating cost.

Although the unit price of stainless steel wedge wire nozzles is several times higher than that of plastic nozzles, their advantages far outweigh the cost. Once replaced with stainless steel nozzles, they are nearly maintenance-free and offer a long service life.

In contrast, plastic nozzles are prone to cracking and resin shedding, especially under weak structural strength. This poses a risk not only to the safe operation of the equipment but also to the security of the entire system.
